The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Pesonen as Anderson shoots in.
Anderson dives in and grabs Pesonen's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pesonen pushes down on Anderson's head and hops out.

Anderson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Pesonen's guard.

McSlide throws a right hand that Tran ducks under and follows up with a left that Tran also avoids with ease.
A little jabbing left from Tran on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
McSlide throws a quick inside leg kick.
McSlide tries to close the distance and clinch but Tran swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tran takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Antwan Tran has been cut.
McSlide scores with a jab to the jaw.

We've been told by McSlide's head coaches at Mentor Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
McSlide cracks Tran with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Tran falls to his knees and McSlide doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Markov might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Fleximario has got the better of the exchanges.

BOOM! Fleximario lands a beautiful left hook that drops Markov. Markov tries to recover but Fleximario is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Markov lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
