Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sebastion Lynar (ranked 510 p4p, 731 weight class) and Reni Manfield (ranked 86 p4p, 110 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Reni Manfield!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manfield staying out of range there.
Sloppy strikes from Lynar. Those never looked like landing.

Manfield closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Lynar did well to prevent Manfield getting side control.
Manfield wants to control but Lynar is keeping him busy.
Manfield tries to pass the half guard into mount. Lynar knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Lynar is trying to control but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lynar has his foot on Manfield's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Manfield works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Manfield cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Lynar gets back to half guard.
Lynar wants to control but Manfield passes into side.

Manfield tries to advance to mount but Lynar denies him.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Lynar lands a nice shot to the body.
Manfield misses with a series of wild punches.

Manfield throws a body punch but Lynar moves out of range.
Lynar ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lynar tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Manfield manages to circle out of the way.
Lynar connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Manfield momentarily.

Lynar misses with a double jab.
Lynar lands a jab to the head.

Manfield shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Manfield was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Manfield works to advance to full mount. Lynar defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Lynar wants to control but Manfield is having none of it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Lynar is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Reni Manfield showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Lynar lands a nice shot that snaps Manfield's head back.
Manfield misses with a hook. Lynar ducked under it nicely.
Manfield feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lynars jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Manfield throws a series of punches but Lynar moves out of range.
Manfield fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Manfield lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Manfield.
Manfield looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Lynar throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Manfield stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Lynar will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sebastion Lynar is winning the standup battle so far.
Manfield is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lynar.

Lynar wants to get back to full guard.
Manfield wants to pass the guard but Lynar is defending well.
Lynar is pressing down on Manfield's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Manfield in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Lynar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Lynar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Manfield can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
