Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Azad Bekzod (ranked 69 p4p, 196 weight class) and Itziar Belmond (ranked 10 p4p, 31 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bekzod might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "Weird" Al Yankovic - Amish Paradise. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Azad Bekzod!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Itziar Belmond!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belmond throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bekzod throws a counter high kick but Belmond was just alert enough to avoid it.
A nice leg kick lands there from Belmond.
Belmond misses with a straight right.
Bekzod lands a big head kick that sends Belmond tumbling to the mat! Bekzod takes a step backwards and waves Belmond back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Itziar Belmond has been cut.
Bekzod throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Belmond sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Belmond throws a looping overhand right but Bekzod ducks down to avoid it.
Bekzod is looking to counter punch.
Belmond is looking to chop away at Bekzod's legs.
Belmond misses with an uppercut
and Bekzod counters with a right hand to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A telegraphed right hand from Belmond misses the target.
Bekzod chopping away at his opponent's legs.

A low kick from Belmond misses
and Belmond takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Belmond fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Bekzod is out of range.
Belmond throws a lazy right hand but Bekzod sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bekzod takes a swing at Belmond's ribcage but misses.
And Belmond tries to counter it with a takedown but Bekzod pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Belmond misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bekzod throws a hook but Belmond avoids it easily.
Belmond swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Bekzod jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Itziar Belmond seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Belmond connects with an inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bekzod crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Belmond - the referee stops the clock and Bekzod gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Belmond. Bekzod manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Belmond moves into range and connects with a jab.
Bekzod misses the jab.
Belmond throws out a counter right but Bekzod avoids it with no problem.
Bekzod takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A head kick misses from Bekzod.
Belmond shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bekzod as he avoids it easily.
Belmond misses with a leg kick.
A counter left hand to the body from Bekzod misses its target.
Belmond paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Belmond is rocked!
Bekzod flashes Belmond a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Belmond's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Belmond crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Bekzod punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Azad Bekzod!
A very excited looking Azad Bekzod made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
