Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Barron White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tauski Mountain!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Josh West and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White misses with a left hand
and Mountain counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
White throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A slow jab from Mountain misses its intended target.
A big right from White misses.
Barron White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mountain looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

As White backs off Mountain throws a huge counter combo but White manages to avoid it all.

White throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mountain sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Mountain appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

White doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

White fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mountain on the side of the head.
The cut above Tauski Mountain's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
White jabs Mountain to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Some bone on bone action there as White checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Tauski Mountain's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Nice body kick there by White.
Mountain uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from White.
Mountain is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! White had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
