The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bozic misses with a wild body shot.
Rivera only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Bozic throws a predictable looking body shot
and Rivera counters with a solid body kick.
Bozic is looking to score with low kicks.
Rivera takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Gabrijel Bozic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rivera takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Rivera closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Rivera takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bozic throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Bozic throws a body punch but Rivera moves out of range.
Rivera looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bozic, as that shot connected.
Bozic lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Rivera on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Rivera moves forwards but Bozic connects with a nice, crisp jab.

It looks like Malcolm Rivera has been cut.

A swing and a miss from Bozic.
Rivera takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A clash of legs there as Rivera blocks the low kick.
Bozic shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Rivera is trying to counter with his kicks.
Rivera thuds a left hand into Bozic's body.
Rivera tries to clinch but Bozic moves away
and Bozic makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Bozic lands with a straight right. Rivera didn't see that one coming.
Bozic lands a jab to Rivera's midsection.
Bozic uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Bozic walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Rivera drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Bozic swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Rivera's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
