Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Flo Holl (ranked 1181 p4p, 1778 weight class) and New Breed One (ranked 95 p4p, 134 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 1, fighting out of London, Flo Holl!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 26 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, New Breed One!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
One drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Holl has his hands on One's head, controlling the position.
One postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Holl keeping moving, preventing One from controlling successfully.
Holl pulls One in close to prevent any damage.
Holl tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
One drops back looking for a leg! Holl is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Holl manages to kick One off! One jumps back into Holl's guard.
One trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Holl has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Holl preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Holl wants to hit a sweep here but One passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Holl there!
One throws some wild stikes that Holl manages to avoid easily.
One misses with a head shot.
One fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
One scoring with strikes but Holl is staying in there.
Holl prevents any damage by holding on tight.
Holl wants to try and get back to his feet.

Holl wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
One is trying to stick to Holl's back but Holl is turning into One. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in One's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Holl.
Holl works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
One is looking to improve his position.
One is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Holl pulls his head out easily.
Holl perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
One felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Holl is thwarting One's attempts to control the position.

Holl's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

One is looking for a sweep. Holl is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Well, if Holl is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Holl wants to free his trapped foot but One is holding on for dear life with his legs.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Holl seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but One does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
One fails with a takedown attempt.
Holl feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Holl slaps away a takedown attempt from One, before circling back to the center of the mat.
One dives in for a single leg takedown but Holl sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Flo Holl has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of New Breed One.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Holl lands an elbow inside that One shrugs off.
One drops down looking for an ankle pick but Holl pulls his leg out and moves away.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Flo Holl will probably get the nod.
That's time! Holl's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Holl tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and One avoids it.

One is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Holl is defending well.

One jumps guard but Holl stands there with One around his waist. One gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

The referee is keeping an eye on Holl - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

One is breathing heavily.
Holl swings wildly with an uppercut but One uses good head movement to avoid it.
One tries to score a body lock takedown but Holl shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

One goes for a takedown attempt but Holl pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Holl wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

One drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Holl gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Holl digs a right hand into One's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on One's gas tank.

Holl comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
One is rocked!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Holl creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
One is still on wobbly legs! Can Holl finish him?
Holl lands a good knee to the midsection. One won't want to take too many of those.
Holl is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that One can do to turn this around?

Holl has One pressed against the cage. He pushes One back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Holl throws a beautiful elbow that sends One crashing to the floor! Holl piles on the pressure with more strikes! One is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!

During a confident post fight interview, Flo Holl thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
