Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lesley Dancer (ranked 1367 p4p, 2141 weight class) and Dominik Dlask (ranked 190 p4p, 272 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dominik Dlask!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Steve Erwin and Ben Hemmingworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dlask slips a jab from Dancer.
Dlask ducks right into an uppercut from Dancer.
Dominik Dlask seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dlask misses with a hook.
Dancer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dlask manages to avoid it.
Dlask tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dancer sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dlask somewhat.
Dlask keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dancer definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Dancer takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Dlask looks to throw the jab but Dancer is out of range.

Dancer closes the distance and pushes Dlask back into the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dancer misses with a body punch.
Dancer works on Dlask's body with a couple of short punches.
Dancer lands a hook to the side of the head.
Dlask tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dancer creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Dlask is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Dancer pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Dancer gets underhooks to prevent Dlask's takedown attempt.
Lesley Dancer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dominik Dlask.
Dancer lands a left hand.

Dlask's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dlask has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dancer lands a big right hand that drops Dlask! The killer instinct kicks in and Dancer finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Dancer!
