Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dalton McConnell (ranked 2091 p4p, 2247 weight class) and Kevin Jones (ranked 249 p4p, 267 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McConnell might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Fun.: We Are Young ft. Janelle Monáe. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 32 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dalton McConnell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kevin Jones!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to clinch but McConnell is having none of it.
McConnell jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
It looks like Kevin Jones has been cut.
McConnell uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jones.
As Jones looks to move away, McConnell throws a big counter combo but Jones just gets out of the way.
Jones lands with a nice body punch.
Jones has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from McConnell finds it's way round the side to connect with Jones's head.
McConnell ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Jones is trying hard to land a takedown here. McConnell sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A counter left hand to the body from McConnell misses its target.
A thudding body kick lands there by McConnell!
Jones throws a body punch but McConnell moves out of range.
McConnell appears to be looking for a big counter.
Jones takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Jones looks winded!
McConnell drops Jones with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jones looks back up at him and smiles so McConnell waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
McConnell was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
McConnell punishes Jones's body with a nice straight punch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McConnell feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jones sprawling to the canvas! Jones rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can McConnell finish him?!
Jones is rocked!
That has opened up Kevin Jones's cut even more.
McConnell fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Jones out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Dalton McConnell!
An intense looking Dalton McConnell took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'I'm not getting any younger, my chance of fighting for a belt is pretty slim so I'm here to entertain and give the people crazy fights, KOs, comeback wins,no matter the Result i will bring in the action'.
