Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vasko Madzarov (ranked 488 p4p, 876 weight class) and Shane Lancaster (ranked 64 p4p, 103 weight class). Madzarov comes to the cage accompanied by UNDER THE BRIDGE. Lancaster has chosen Slipknot - I Am Hated as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vasko Madzarov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Shane Lancaster!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Madzarov throws a right hand that misses
and Lancaster counters with a nice double leg into side control. Madzarov won't be happy with that.
Lancaster is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Madzarov's shoulder. That is not cool.
Lancaster fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Lancaster misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Lancaster in side control, throwing shots but Madzarov defends.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Madzarov is trying to control Lancaster's posture but Lancaster avoids it.
Lancaster lands a nice forearm strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lancaster trying to control the action but Madzarov is working from the bottom.
Madzarov parries the strikes from Lancaster easily there. Lancaster is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Madzarov to escape.

Madzarov is looking for a sweep.
Lancaster looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Madzarov is avoiding damage well.
Lancaster moves into full mount!
Lancaster has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Madzarov's face.
Lancaster punching from mount but Madzarov doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Lancaster has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Lancaster lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Oh Madzarov is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Lancaster softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Madzarov is out cold! Lancaster jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shane Lancaster!
Our winner, Shane Lancaster, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
