Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paavo Talvela (ranked 1105 p4p, 1535 weight class) and Jim Duggan (ranked 149 p4p, 207 weight class). Talvela's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, For Heavy Metal we will die!. This should be a great matchup!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duggan lands a lovely overhand right.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Duggan felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
