Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simon Gustafsson (ranked 638 p4p, 497 weight class) and Ralph McGuire (ranked 104 p4p, 79 weight class). McGuire has chosen Confederate Railroad - Daddy Never Was The Cadillac Kind as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 32 - 25 - 0, fighting out of London, Simon Gustafsson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ralph McGuire!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuire throws a leg kick that misses.
Gustafsson dives in and grabs McGuire's left leg, looking for a takedown. McGuire pushes down on Gustafsson's head and hops out.
We've been hearing reports that Gustafsson has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
McGuire misses with a left hand
and Gustafsson counters with a good low kick that McGuire was not able to check.
McGuire feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gustafsson sprawling to the canvas! Gustafsson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can McGuire finish him?!
Gustafsson is rocked!
It looks like Simon Gustafsson has been cut.
Gustafsson moves out of range as McGuire strikes.
Oh Gustafsson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! McGuire throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Gustafsson is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
