The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glover lands a slapping body shot.
McGuire gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Glover.
McGuire avoids a punch combination nicely.

McGuire throws a body punch but Glover moves out of range.
Buster Glover seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McGuire tries to close the distance and clinch but Glover swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McGuire checks a low kick from Glover.

McGuire feints and then cracks Glover's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Glover down.
McGuire throws a hook but Glover avoids it easily.
McGuire stuns Glover with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Glover uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before McGuire has time to react.

Glover throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
McGuire is looking to score with low kicks.
McGuire needs to keep his hands up - Glover had a free shot at his head there.
Glover paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

McGuire is rocked!
and Glover counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts McGuire! He's just covering up as Glover starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
