Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Praew Dao (ranked 2088 p4p, 3262 weight class) and Robbie Lesage (ranked 235 p4p, 337 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Praew Dao! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Robbie Lesage! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yuuki Gou and Ren Mimura.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesage takes a swing at Dao's ribcage but misses. Dao circles away from the clinch attempt.
Lesage lands a head shot. Dao misses with a straight left. Lesage lands a jab to the nose. Lesage fails in his attempt to clinch. Dao misses the jab. Dao is looking to slow Lesage down with leg kicks. Dao swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lesage closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Dao is struggling to control the position. Lesage blocks an uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dao blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Dao gets to his feet - Lesage follows without any prompting. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dao jabs Lesage to the body, keeping him at a distance. Lesage slips under a jab. Dao thuds a left hand into Lesage's body.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Dao throws a right hand that Lesage ducks under and follows up with a left that Lesage also avoids with ease. Lesage dodges the punch combination from Dao.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dao, as that shot connected.
Lesage tries to close the distance and clinch but Dao swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Dao pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Lesage tries to counter by closing the distance. Lesage looks to score with a jab to the body but Dao is just out of range. Dao will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lesage slips under a jab. A jab from Dao misses. The fighters circling - Lesage throws out the jab but it was never going to land. As Lesage backs away, Dao returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Lesage uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dao. Lesage lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Praew Dao seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dao staying out of range there. Dao is looking to counter with head kicks. Lesage missing with a left hand there. Dao was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Dao tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lesage was well out of range. Poor timing from Dao. Lesage misses with an uppercut. Dao saw that one coming. Lesage avoids the head kick by Dao.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lesage moves out of range of the leg kick from Dao. Lesage moves out of range as Dao strikes. Lesage tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dao paws at him with a jab and circles away. Dao slips a straight right by Lesage. Lesage moves away from the strike by Dao. Dao throws a sloppy body shot
and Dao takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Dao will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Lesage ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Lesage steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Dao. Dao is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lesage. Lesage lands with a hook. Dao tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Lesage fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dao manages to avoid it. Dao tries to clinch but fails miserably and Dao takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Lesage fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dao has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Praew Dao will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Praew Dao. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dao, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dlask shoots in and drives through. Dantes sprawls well. Dlask shoots in looking for a takedown but Dantes manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dlask's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Dantes is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Dlask hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!

Kaiser's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Kaiser has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kaiser wants to control but Jones is keeping him busy. Von Kaiser overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
