Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Robin Spencer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Punch Clinch Submit! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Aafke Stam and Saam Ante.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Submit throws a lazy uppercut
and Spencer counters with a nice double leg into side control. Submit won't be happy with that. Spencer working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Spencer tries to advance to mount but Submit denies him. Submit struggling a bit here. Submit is looking for a sweep. Submit trying to control but Spencer flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Submit trying to get back to his feet but Spencer is in full control for now. I really don't envy Submit right now.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 16 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zombie Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 17 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hiroshi Gomi! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Gomi does no damage. Gomi takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. We've been told by Lee's head coaches at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Gomi throws a hook to the side of Lee's head but Lee sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Gomi scores with a jab to the jaw. Nice defenses there by Lee. Lee looks to land a left hand but Gomi moved out of range nicely. Nice uppercut there from Gomi. Lee slips a jab and a cross from Gomi.
Gomi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Lee misses with a few strikes there.
Lee moves into the clinch. Lee effectively controlling the action here. Gomi has had enough of the clinch but Lee keeps him there for the moment. Lee tries to throw a body punch but Gomi avoids it by throwing Lee back against the cage. Lee struggles to land a body shot inside as Gomi controls his hands.

Gomi throws an overhand right that lands on Lee's shoulder, as Lee tries to avoid the shot. Lee avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Gomi throws out a loose jab but Lee uses good head movement to avoid it. Lee lands with a shot to the body.
Lee pushes Gomi up against the cage in a clinch. Gomi wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Lee has Gomi pressed against the cage, preventing Gomi from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Gomi has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Gomi might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Lee thuds his right hand into Gomi's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Lee swings for the body but Gomi moves out of range.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Van De Leide lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Donk. Van De Leide catches Shifter right on the button with a cross. Shifter defending well as Van De Leide loads up on a big left hand. Shifter is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Van De Leide looks to land a right hand but Shifter moved out of range. Shifter with the counter takedown but Van De Leide avoids it easily. Van De Leide thows a left - swing and a miss! Shifter wants to counter the offense by Van De Leide and move into the clinch position. Van De Leide throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Shifter appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Shifter uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Van De Leide. Shifter moves away from the strike by Van De Leide. Shifter changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Van De Leide throws a sloppy head kick
and Shifter counters with a nice double leg into side control. Van De Leide won't be happy with that. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shifter tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Shifter has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Van De Leide wants to control but Shifter postures up. Shifter working the body and head with strikes. Van De Leide tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Shifter wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Shifter lands a nice short elbow. Van De Leide has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Shifter is working away from the top position though. Van De Leide is looking to improve his position.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Shifter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Chai Jr misses with a low kick as Abner jumps back. Abner swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Abner uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Chai Jr. A quick step to the side and Abner tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Abner might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far. Chai Jr's corner calls for a 1-2. Chai Jr obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. A jab from Chai Jr misses. A quick step to the side and Abner tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Chai Jr throws a nice inside leg kick. Chai Jr throws a quick inside leg kick. Chai Jr throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Abner sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Abner with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Chai Jr to score with a decent uppercut.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Chai Jr cracks a nice hook into Abner's ribs. Chai Jr connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Abner has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Chai Jr.
Chai Jr sends Abner crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Chai Jr is motioning to the referee to let Abner up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Chai Jr throws a quick head kick that knocks Abner silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Chai Jr is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.

 Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lang is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
