Well Kano has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Dahl wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bird keeps working.

Dahl jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bird is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bird and Dahl has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Bird has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
