The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yaj on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Monkey steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Yaj.
Quiet Monkey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Monkey wants to clinch up but Yaj keeps it at a distance.
A telegraphed right hand from Monkey misses the target.
A swing and a miss from Monkey.
Monkey tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Yaj defends well and Monkey ends up having to push Yaj into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Monkey looks to throw the jab but Yaj is out of range.
Yaj throws a right and a left that Monkey avoids nicely.
Monkey changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yaj tries to avoid it but Monkey manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yaj to the ground. Yaj escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Monkey tries to close the distance and clinch but Yaj swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Yaj lands a left and a right that send Monkey crashing to the mat, dazed. Yaj thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Quiet Monkey has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Yaj's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Yaj duly obliges.

Yaj throws an overhand right that has Monkey reeling! Yaj follows up with more punches and Monkey is out cold! This one is all over!
