He has trained in multiple striking-combat sports (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Taekwondo and Karate) since his childhood.

At the age of 18 he started his MMA trainings in Tokyo, Japan where he moved out at the same age from Indonesia.

Unang loves journeys. He has visited 15 Asian countries.
