Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ji Woo blocking some punches.
Ji Woo jumps guard but Penn stands there with Ji Woo around his waist. Ji Woo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Ji Woo tries to pull guard but Penn forces him back to his feet, against the ropes.
Ji Woo misses with a body punch.
Ji Woo lands with a short shot to the head.
Ji Woo successfully pulls guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Penn is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Ji Woo has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Penn is looking to defend but Ji Woo has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Penn! Ji Woo pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Penn taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Bong Ji Woo!
After winning the bout, Bong Ji Woo thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
