Nordlund is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hate to say I told you so from the Hives. David Nordlund will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Nordlund gets caught flat footed, as Neil shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Neil content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Neil working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Neil lands a couple of elbows.
Neil distracts Nordlund with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Nordlund is rocked!
Neil passes into half guard.
Neil is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Nordlund is hurt! He's hurt bad - Neil fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Nordlund from any more punishment! Congratulations to Neil! Great finish!
