Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mordecai Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shayne Corson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mordecai Sackett has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mordecai Sackett seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Corson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sackett closes the distance looking to clinch
and Corson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Corson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sackett.
Corson was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Sackett looks to score with a jab to the body but Corson is just out of range.

Sackett is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Corson.

We've been told by Sackett's head coaches at Broken Halo Vegas that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Corson's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Sackett lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
