Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ozzy McKane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kelvin Spong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McKane's entrance music is SAIL - AWOLNATION. A fine choice. Kelvin Spong told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spong lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Spong wants to clinch up but McKane keeps it at a distance.
McKane ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
McKane looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
McKane scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Spong thuds his shin into the meat of McKane's side.
McKane slips under a jab from Spong.
McKane is looking to counter punch.
McKane dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Spong looks to land a combination. McKane sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Ozzy McKane has been cut.
McKane scores with a jab. Spong acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
McKane scores with a nice strike.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McKane misses with a body shot.
McKane tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Spong was well out of range. Poor timing from McKane.
McKane throws a jab when Spong was well out of range.
Spong throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and McKane counters with a straight right hand.
Spong is rocked!
McKane closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Spong out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ozzy McKane!
An intense looking Ozzy McKane took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: '"I wan' Bosco Brown in'a 5 round war!"'.
