The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramsey fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Swagger cracks a nice hook into Ramsey's ribs.
Ramsey checks a leg kick.
Swagger throws a jab but it's blocked by Ramsey.
A bone on bone clash there as Ramsey blocks the leg kick.
Swagger lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
A lazy left from Swagger finds it's target.
Ramsey takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Swagger chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ramsey can pounce on him.
Ramsey walks straight into a right hand from Swagger - that's dropped him! Swagger jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Ramsey from any more punishment! Ramsey complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
