The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bieber misses with a body shot.
Takahashi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Takahashi doesn't manage to clinch there - Bieber circles away.

Bieber tries to bum rush Takahashi with a series of wild strikes but Takahashi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bieber checks a leg kick.
Takahashi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bieber swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bieber crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Takahashi - the referee stops the clock and Bieber gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Takahashi. Bieber manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Takahashi jabs Bieber right on the nose. Bieber blinks but takes it well.
