Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Moses Diggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Orange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diggs comes to the cage accompanied by SHOT TO THE HEART. The crowd seem to be enjoying Orange's choice of entrance music: Bob Seger- Turn the Page. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orange ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

and Diggs counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Diggs misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Orange.
Diggs thows a body shot but no joy.

Diggs throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Orange's waist but Orange gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Diggs off to one side.

Diggs closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Orange to the mat! Orange manages to get full guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Diggs postures up in Orange's guard and throws a big left but Orange blocks it.
Orange pulls Diggs in close to prevent any damage.
Orange manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Diggs manages to get himself to full guard.

Orange might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Diggs kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jake Orange.

Diggs thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Orange if he has to take too many more of those.

Orange takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Diggs misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Orange misses the shot to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Orange tries to close the distance and clinch but Diggs swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Orange wants to control but Diggs is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Diggs wants to lay and pray for a moment but Orange keeps working.

Orange is looking for a sweep. Diggs is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Diggs uses his free foot to push down on Orange's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Orange.
Orange is desperately trying to improve his position but Diggs has a good base and remains in mount.

A big strike lands for Diggs! That's really hurt Orange and he's turned his back - Diggs keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Diggs jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
