The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Nabijos as Deschain shoots in.
Deschain fails to land the takedown.
Good leg kick by Nabijos there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Deschain on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Deschain jabs Nabijos right on the nose. Nabijos blinks but takes it well.
Deschain connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Deschain moves to clinch but Nabijos breaks away
letting Nabijos counter with a right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nabijos connects with a high kick.
Nabijos lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Deschain throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Deschain tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nabijos paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Nabijos gets tackled into the cage by Deschain. Deschain maintains the clinch.
Deschain keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Nabijos's efforts to push away.
Nabijos controlling the action here for a moment.

Nabijos scores with a shoulder strike.
Nabijos misses with a short punch on the inside.
Deschain blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Nabijos misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Deschain.
Nabijos gets through Deschain's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Nabijos avoiding damage.
Deschain stalling against the cage.
Nabijos lands a right hand that snaps the head of Deschain backwards.
Deschain misses with a hook to the ribs.
Nabijos missing with knees to the body.

Nabijos wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Deschain tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Deschain works on Nabijos's body with a couple of short punches.
Nabijos gets through Deschain's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Deschain can't find room to land a body shot as Nabijos controls the action.
Nabijos is trying to break the clinch but Deschain is controlling him.
Nabijos manages to break the clinch.
Deschain misses with a straight left.
Deschain throws a hook but Nabijos blocks it.
Deschain wants to land a leg kick but Nabijos is out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nabijos misses with a body kick.
Nabijos goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Deschain is rocked!
Nabijos lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Deschain is looking to close the distance but Nabijos sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Deschain crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Deschain is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
