Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roy Maltive (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buff Bagwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Maltive might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Show Me What You Got. Roy Maltive could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Buff Bagwell's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roy Maltive!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Buff Bagwell!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maltive will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bagwell has a takedown stuffed.
Maltive goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Maltive feints and then cracks Bagwell's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bagwell down.
Maltive fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bagwell.
Maltive tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bagwell was well out of range. Poor timing from Maltive.
An inside leg kick from Maltive misses.
Maltive lands a head kick that stumbles Bagwell and the fighters go to the mat.
Bagwell is rocked!
It looks like Buff Bagwell has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bagwell avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Bagwell is still in real trouble! Can Maltive finish him?
Maltive throwing strikes from guard but Bagwell blocks nicely.
Maltive gets to his feet and stands over Bagwell, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Bagwell felt that one! Maltive unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Bagwell from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roy Maltive!
