Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wallace comes to the cage accompanied by Victory. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Wallace!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Coleman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Wallace shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Coleman defends it nicely.
Wallace scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!


It looks like Mark Coleman has been cut.
Coleman looks for a takedown but Wallace sprawls well.
Wallace cracks Coleman with a right hand to the side of the head.

Wallace drops his shoulder and cracks Coleman with a huge uppercut! Coleman goes down! Can Wallace finish him?

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Coleman takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Wallace is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Coleman looking to control but Wallace is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Coleman throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Wallace is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Coleman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Wallace is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Wallace is looking to improve his position but Coleman isn't that keen on the idea.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wallace throws a series of punches but Coleman avoids them all with ease.

Coleman ducks straight into an uppercut from Wallace and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Coleman manages to regain guard straight away.

Wallace throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Coleman's waist but Coleman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wallace off to one side.

No joy there for Wallace, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Coleman has taken the fight to the clinch.

Coleman has Wallace pressed against the cage, preventing Wallace from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Wallace closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Coleman to the mat! Coleman manages to get full guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


Wallace is looking to clinch but Coleman is avoiding it.

Coleman goes for a takedown attempt but Wallace pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Wallace changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Coleman tries to avoid it but Wallace manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Coleman to the ground. Coleman escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
