Arlovski kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Slayer - Hell Awaits. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lennon lands with a nice body punch.
Arlovski thows a body shot but no joy.
Arlovski wants to slow Lennon down by chopping away at his legs.
Arlovski throws a low kick but it's checked well by Lennon.
Lennon throws a series of punches but Arlovski moves out of range.
Arlovski swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Lennon on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Arlovski swings away with a body shot that misses
and Lennon counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A combination from Lennon does no damage.
Lennon blocks a head kick by Arlovski.
Arlovski lands a head kick. Lennon smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like John Lennon has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lennon steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Arlovski.
Lennon lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Lennon scores with a body shot.
Lennon lands a slapping body shot.
Arlovski is breathing heavily.
Lennon takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Arlovski misses with an uppercut. Lennon saw that one coming.
Lennon walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Arlovski drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Lennon swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Arlovski's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
