Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karl Katze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Iso Paha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paha has chosen Bad Boy as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paha throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Paha cracks Katze with a right hand to the side of the head.
Katze takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Katze rushes Paha and presses him up against the cage.
Katze is struggling to control the position.
Paha wants to get back to striking at distance but Katze won't allow it.
Katze is stalling here.
Paha wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Katze prevents Paha from breaking the clinch.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Paha, as that shot connected.

Katze is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Katze takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Katze keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Paha.
Paha drops Katze with a right and a left! Paha comes rushing in but Katze regains his composure and manages to keep Paha in guard.

Paha wants to pass the guard but Katze is keeping the position.
Oh Katze is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Paha wants to control from the top but Katze keeps moving.
Katze is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Katze seems to have got his legs back now.

Katze escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Paha gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Katze throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Katze is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Paha tries to free his leg and advance position but Katze is retaining full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Katze bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Paha tries to bench press Katze off him but Katze keeps the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Paha is looking to reverse the position.

Paha has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Katze is working away from the top position though.

Katze shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Paha manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Katze looking to sit in guard and control but Paha gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Katze tries to get to full guard but Paha has control of the leg.

Katze wants to improve his position but Paha is controlling well.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Paha in particular looking to stall.

Paha is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Katze.
Paha lands with a slapping head kick.
Katze slips under a jab.
Katze takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Paha tries to bum rush Katze with a series of wild strikes but Katze uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Katze tries to clinch up but Paha circles away and keeps his distance.
Katze ducks under a wild hook from Paha.

Katze is looking to clinch.
Paha works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Paha connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Karl Katze's cut is getting worse.
Paha tries a head kick but it misses.
Katze shoots for a takedown but Paha saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Paha avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Paha defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Katze.

and Paha counters with a lovely shot to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Paha throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Katze takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Katze takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Paha walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Katze drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Paha swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Katze's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
