Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terenze Gazardo (ranked 4959 p4p, 5052 weight class) and Tasia Tupua (ranked 370 p4p, 376 weight class). Gazardo comes into the arena with Sergio Mendes - Magalenha blaring out of the sound system. Tupua is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Don't Wanna Be Meeh.. Terenze Gazardo could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tasia Tupua's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gazardo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Tupua. Tupua obviously looking to wear him down.
Gazardo closes the distance looking to clinch
and Tupua counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Gazardo shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Tupua looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Gazardo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Tupua does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tupua is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Gazardo is tapping! Great win for Tupua!
