The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Vries walks into a left hand.
It looks like Bastiaan De Vries has been cut.
De Vries dodges the punch combination from Ragnarsson.
Ragnarsson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Ragnarsson thuds a left hand into De Vries's body.
Hastein Ragnarsson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
De Vries takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Ragnarsson scores with a hook to the body. De Vries takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Ragnarsson throws a shot from downtown. De Vries moves away and avoids it.

We've been told by Ragnarsson's head coaches at Shut Up & Train! that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Ragnarsson misses with a hook
and De Vries counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
De Vries moves out of range of the strikes.
Ragnarsson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and De Vries counters with a left to the body.
De Vries looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

De Vries appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
De Vries takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Ragnarsson throws a lazy uppercut
and De Vries counters with a lovely shot to the body.
De Vries pounces like a tiger and cracks Ragnarsson with a vicious hook! Ragnarsson is down but not out! De Vries follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
