Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kano Sicarius (ranked 1867 p4p, 2271 weight class) and Sawyer Jimenez (ranked 177 p4p, 198 weight class). Sicarius's entrance music is Klendathu Drop. A fine choice. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Sawyer Jimenez enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sawyer Jimenez!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Emerson Jorge and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sicarius shoots in but Jimenez avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sicarius stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sicarius wants it to stay on the feet.
A punch combination from Jimenez misses.
Jimenez clinches with his opponent.
A nice left hand lands by Sicarius.
Sicarius dodges an elbow strike from Jimenez.
Sicarius lands a left hand.
Jimenez can't break the clinch.
Jimenez tries to break the clinch but Sicarius is controlling the position.
Jimenez is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Sicarius can't fight it off and eventually Jimenez manages to take the fight to the floor. Sicarius looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Sicarius lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sicarius cracks Jimenez with a solid left hand.
Jimenez wants to stand and escape but Sicarius is having none of it.

Sicarius postures up and lands a big shot to Jimenez's brow.
Sicarius lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Jimenez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Sicarius arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Jimenez's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Kano Sicarius!
