Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Beetle Juice (ranked 438 p4p, 1022 weight class) and Roman Lenkov (ranked 50 p4p, 109 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Roman Lenkov!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Lenkov enables Juice to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lenkov manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Lenkov has his foot on Juice's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Juice works his way back into a safe position though.
Juice stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lenkov swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Lenkov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Juice gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Juice slips nicely into half guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Beetle Juice dominated that round.
That's time! Juice's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Lenkov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Beetle Juice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Juice dives in and grabs Lenkov's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lenkov pushes down on Juice's head and hops out.
Juice will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
A countering left hand to the body from Lenkov misses.

Juice has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Lenkov after a bit of a struggle.

Juice goes for a takedown attempt but Lenkov pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Lenkov is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Juice has escaped the position, nice work there.
Lenkov wants to control but Juice is keeping him busy.
Lenkov tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lenkov has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Lenkov is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Juice knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lenkov working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Juice turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Lenkov off and cradles Juice's limp body as Lenkov celebrates with his corner.
