Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stig OHara (ranked 2241 p4p, 2509 weight class) and Rustam Turaev (ranked 242 p4p, 260 weight class). Rustam Turaev has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Stig OHara!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rustam Turaev!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turaev has a takedown stuffed.
Turaev tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but OHara defends well and Turaev ends up having to push OHara into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
An attempted straight right counter from OHara misses the target.
Turaev shoots in for a takedown but OHara shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Turaev changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. OHara tries to avoid it but Turaev manages to keep hold of a leg and drag OHara to the ground. OHara escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
