Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alonzo Diggs (ranked 2725 p4p, 23867 weight class) and Benny Figg (ranked 315 p4p, 493 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alonzo Diggs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Benny Figg!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggs throws a lazy right hand but Figg sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Diggs moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromFigg.
Figg dips to his left and cracks Diggs with an uppercut!
Diggs throws a quick inside leg kick.
Figg on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Figg takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Diggs takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
It looks like Alonzo Diggs has been cut.
Diggs will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Diggs feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Figgs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Figg can do anything to dispel that myth.

Figg might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Diggs haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Diggs cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That has opened up Benny Figg's cut even more.
Diggs looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Figg covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
