Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Markus Wachter (ranked 1916 p4p, 2645 weight class) and Jeff Winslow (ranked 243 p4p, 311 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winslow displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wachter throws out the jab.
Winslow throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Wachter is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Winslow.
Winslow drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Wachter defends it well.
Wachter definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Winslow is looking for a sweep. Wachter is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Winslow shoots in but Wachter avoids the takedown attempt easily.
And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Markus Wachter.
I think Wachter has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
