Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stephen McGarvey (ranked 242 p4p, 738 weight class) and Lutalo Masamba (ranked 33 p4p, 99 weight class). Masamba has chosen Conversations (Skeler Remix) - Juice WRLD as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lutalo Masamba!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGarvey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Masamba swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Masamba cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Stephen McGarvey has been cut.
Masamba pivots, looking for a leg kick but McGarvey is out of range and Masamba settles back down.
McGarvey connects with a good right hand that stumbles Masamba. Masamba circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Masamba swings and misses with a hook to the body.
McGarvey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Masamba paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Masamba is pressed up against the cage. McGarvey has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Masamba down to the mat. Masamba avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Masamba closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops McGarvey! Masamba dives in looking to finish! McGarvey is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

During a confident post fight interview, Lutalo Masamba thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
