Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shamil Magomedov (ranked 4352 p4p, 4767 weight class) and Pepe Vicario (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Magomedov's entrance music is A. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Shamil Magomedov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Pepe Vicario!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vicario lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Magomedov tries to clinch but Vicario moves away
and Vicario connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Vicario throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vicario bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
A shot to the liver by Vicario. Beautiful body shot.
Magomedov displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Vicario throws out the jab.
Magomedov uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Vicario.
Magomedov throws a lazy head kick
and Vicario cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Vicario throws a jab when Magomedov was well out of range.
Magomedov shoots for a takedown but Vicario saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Shamil Magomedov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Magomedov drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Vicario looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Vicario is looking for a sweep. Magomedov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Magomedov takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Magomedov wants to free his trapped foot but Vicario is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Vicario works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Magomedov gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Vicario.

and Vicario cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Vicario slaps away a takedown attempt from Magomedov, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Good standup being displayed there by Vicario as he connects with a hook.
Vicario drops Magomedov with a beautiful combination! Magomedov stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Vicario is looking for the KO!
Magomedov is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vicario scores with a nice head shot.
Magomedov fails with the takedown.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Pepe Vicario dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Magomedov misses with a right hand
and Vicario counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Vicario drops Magomedov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Magomedov looks back up at him and smiles so Vicario waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Magomedov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vicario tries to clinch there but Magomedov circles away.
Magomedov seems to have got his legs back now.
Magomedov throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Vicario counters with a crisp right hand that drops Magomedov! Vicario lets Magomedov back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Magomedov is looking to clinch but Vicario is avoiding it.
Vicario might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Vicario throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Magomedov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Magomedov throws a lazy head kick
and Vicario counters with a crisp right hand that drops Magomedov! Vicario lets Magomedov back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Magomedov misses the body punch
and Vicario counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Magomedov out cold! What a finish! Vicario is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pepe Vicario!
