The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on MacnChee. That did some damage!
Chai lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Bigi Boi Chai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
MacnChee lands with a cross.
MacnChee takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Chai throws a sloppy head kick and MacnChee moves out of range easily.
MacnChee blocks a jab.
MacnChee doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Chai misses with a looping right.
Chai throws a lazy uppercut
and MacnChee connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Bigi Boi Chai has been cut.
MacnChee drops Chai with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Chai looks back up at him and smiles so MacnChee waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Chai is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Chai throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
MacnChee throws out a counter right but Chai avoids it with no problem.
MacnChee takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Brad MacnChee has been cut.
Chai throws a hook to the side of MacnChee's head but MacnChee sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
MacnChee throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Chai lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but MacnChee circles away quickly and effectively.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Chai looks to land a right hand but MacnChee moved out of range.
MacnChee drops his hands momentarily and Chai takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Chai scores with a nice strike.
A slow jab from Chai misses its intended target.
Chai lands a nice shot that snaps MacnChee's head back.
MacnChee lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chai circles away quickly and effectively.
We've been informed that MacnChee has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
MacnChee thows a left - swing and a miss!
Chai drops MacnChee with a straight left! Oh this is bad for MacnChee! Chai dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
