Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nikolai Andreyev (ranked 5284 p4p, 4539 weight class) and Nate Gonzalez Jr (ranked 427 p4p, 401 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nikolai Andreyev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nate Gonzalez Jr!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Glass and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andreyev shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gonzalez Jr as he jumps to the side.
Nikolai Andreyev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gonzalez Jr drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Andreyev wants to control from the top but Gonzalez Jr keeps moving.

Andreyev got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gonzalez Jr has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Andreyev has managed to get both his arms back between Gonzalez Jr's legs - danger averted.

Gonzalez Jr quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Andreyev has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gonzalez Jr celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
