Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kysre Carter (ranked 25046 p4p, 25051 weight class) and Bruno Gennari (ranked 466 p4p, 462 weight class). Bruno Gennari is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Carter lands a leg kick that knocks Gennari off balance momentarily.
Carter looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Carter lands with an uppercut that bounces Gennari off the ropes and back into range.

Carter bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Carter ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Carter feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gennaris jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Gennari gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Carter.
Carter goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Gennari is rocked!
Carter ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Carter scores with a hook to the body. Gennari takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
We've been informed that Gennari has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Gennari's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Gennari doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Gennari seems to have recovered his senses.
Carter digs a good body shot into Gennari's ribs.
A slapping leg kick lands for Carter.
Gennari misses with an uppercut
and Gennari takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Carter cracks Gennari with a hook to the temple - Gennari is on wobbly legs here! Carter swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Gennari falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Carter wins by TKO!
