Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andy Ettish (ranked 1445 p4p, 1164 weight class) and Malo Tavara (ranked 159 p4p, 130 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ettish tries to clinch there but Tavara circles away.

Malo Tavara is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Oh Ettish is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Ettish throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tavara. Ettish does a little dance to reset his feet.

Malo Tavara comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Tavara has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
