Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tommaso Montanti (ranked 979 p4p, 986 weight class) and Jarran Yagan (ranked 125 p4p, 126 weight class). Jarran Yagan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tommaso Montanti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jarran Yagan!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Yagan misses
and Montanti counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Yagan throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Montanti counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Yagan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A low kick from Montanti misses
and Yagan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Tommaso Montanti has been cut.
Montanti throws a hook to the side of Yagan's head but Yagan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yagan throws a jab but it's blocked by Montanti.
A big right from Montanti misses.

Montanti with a nice cross.
Yagan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Montanti was well out of range. Poor timing from Yagan.
Montanti was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Montanti dodges the punch combination from Yagan.
As Yagan backs away, Montanti returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

and Yagan counters with a straight right hand.
Montanti throws a leg kick but Yagan sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Montanti avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Yagan dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Montanti misses with a looping left.
Yagan misses with a lunging right hand
and Montanti cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Yagan throws a lazy head kick
and Yagan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Yagan moves forwards but Montanti connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Montanti missing with a left hand there. Yagan was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Montanti throws a solid leg kick but Yagan takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Montanti.
Yagan lands a big head kick that sends Montanti tumbling to the mat! Yagan takes a step backwards and waves Montanti back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Montanti is rocked!
Montanti blocks the body kick.
Yagan throws a head kick but Montanti moves out of range.
Yagan scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Montanti doesn't seem bothered though.
Montanti thows a left - swing and a miss!
A little jabbing left from Yagan on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Montanti steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Yagan.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Yagan blocks a leg kick.
Yagan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Montanti sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Yagan keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Montanti.
Yagan missing with a left hand there. Montanti was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Yagan misses with a looping right.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jarran Yagan dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Tommaso Montanti's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Yagan checks the leg kick nicely there.
Montanti looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Yagan is looking to land body kicks.
Yagan sends Montanti crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Yagan is motioning to the referee to let Montanti up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Oh Montanti is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Yagan throws a wild body kick that Montanti sees coming a mile off.
Montanti seems to have got his legs back now.
Yagan darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Montanti's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Yagan before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jarran Yagan!
Jarran Yagan seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
