Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tristan Zigaro (ranked 4 p4p, 51 weight class) and Artemis Entreri (ranked 2 p4p, 9 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tristan Zigaro!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Artemis Entreri!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Entreri blocks the body kick.
Zigaro backing away here, and Entreri unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Zigaro digs a good body shot into Entreri's ribs.
Decent striking displayed by Entreri there.
Entreri cracks a nice hook into Zigaro's ribs.
Zigaro throws a shot to the body.
Zigaro pivots, looking for a leg kick but Entreri is out of range and Zigaro settles back down.
And Entreri responds with a good body kick, but Zigaro manages to step out the way in time.
Zigaro lands with a shot to the body.
Entreri takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Zigaro has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Hidden in the buildup to the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zigaro ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Zigaro tried to score with a low kick but Entreri checks it.
Entreri takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Zigaro throws a hook but Entreri blocks it.
Entreri appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Some bone on bone action there as Entreri checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Entreri tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Zigaro counters with a left to the body.
Zigaro connects with a looping right hand.
It looks like Artemis Entreri has been cut.
Zigaro throws the kick towards the body but Entreri avoids it.
Zigaro lands a jab to the head.
A looping hook to the body misses from Zigaro. Entreri does a little dance to reset his feet.
Entreri scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Zigaro cracks Entreri with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Entreri avoids the body shot from Zigaro.
Entreri throws a counter combo.
Zigaro misses with an attempted mid kick.
Zigaro swings widly with a right hand
and Entreri counters with a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Zigaro gets off balance looking for a body kick
letting Entreri counter with a right hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Entreri walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Zigaro throws a body kick that misses
and Entreri counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Zigaro looks for the body kick but Entreri saw that one coming.
Zigaro throws a sloppy body shot
and Entreri cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Entreri misses with a low kick.
Entreri on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Zigaro with the inside leg kick.
Zigaro misses the jab.
Zigaro swings for the body but Entreri moves out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Zigaro is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Zigaro closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Entreri! Zigaro dives in looking to finish! Entreri is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tristan Zigaro!
