Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Gomes (ranked 2636 p4p, 3433 weight class) and Shawn Silvia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silvia has chosen I'd Love to knock the hell out of you as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Silvia has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Gomes is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Silvia can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Gomes has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Gomes postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Silvia badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Gomes around the waist but Gomes pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Gomes is the winner by TKO! Gomes jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
