Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Liwa Kursiwa (ranked 1541 p4p, 713 weight class) and Mer Lo (ranked 147 p4p, 74 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 1, fighting out of London, Mer Lo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kursiwa ducks under a wild hook from Lo.

Kursiwa shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Kursiwa looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Lo enables Kursiwa to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lo manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
