Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vic Romano (ranked 176 p4p, 588 weight class) and Waheed Saqqaf (ranked 27 p4p, 82 weight class). Romano comes to the cage accompanied by MXC Most Extreme Challenge. The crowd seem to be enjoying Saqqaf's choice of entrance music: The Endless River - Eternal Insomnia. Vic Romano has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romano fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Saqqaf manages to avoid it.

We've been informed that Saqqaf has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Romano stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Saqqaf swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Romano is posturing up here but Saqqaf has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Romano tries to roll out but it's too tight and Romano has to tap! Slick submission there by Saqqaf!
