Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luka Son (ranked 1301 p4p, 955 weight class) and Khabib Ferguson (ranked 33 p4p, 49 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Luka Son!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 21 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Khabib Ferguson!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Steven Brown and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Ferguson misses with a right hand
and Son counters with a nice double leg into side control. Ferguson won't be happy with that.
Ferguson bucks up and tries to throw Son off but instead Son has got his back!
I really don't envy Ferguson right now.
Son stands up from back control! Strange decision that!
Ferguson misses with a looping right.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ferguson looks to throw the jab but Son is out of range.
Ferguson throws a jab but it's blocked by Son.
Son changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Son slips a straight right by Ferguson.
Ferguson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Son was well out of range. Poor timing from Ferguson.
Son displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ferguson throws out the jab.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Ferguson throws a hook to the side of Son's head but Son sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Ferguson knocks Son out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Khabib Ferguson!
Khabib Ferguson decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
