The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Omegon throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Tonioli counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Alpharuis Omegon has been cut.
Omegon dives in and scores a takedown into Tonioli's guard.

Tonioli controlling well, preventing Omegon from escaping the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
I really don't envy Omegon right now.

Omegon is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Tonioli.
You can see the frustration on Omegon 's face� He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Tonioli doesn't have the hooks in and Omegon manages to turn into his guard.
Tonioli controls Omegon momentarily but Omegon frees himself.
Tonioli pulls Omegon in close to his closed guard and prevents Omegon from doing any damage or advancing position.

Omegon shoots in for a double leg but Tonioli sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Omegon rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tonioli counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Omegon throws a lazy uppercut
and Tonioli counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
