Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Buzzard Leonard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 94 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Andrzej Bebok!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Felipe Paraventi and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bebok tries to keep at a distance but Leonard has taken the fight into the clinch.
Leonard tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bebok smiles and moves away.
Leonard looking to score a takedown here. Bebok is defending well but Leonard drives through and ends up in Bebok's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Leonard pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bebok is keeping the position for now.
Leonard is stalling in the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bebok is trying to control the position but Leonard postures up.
Leonard not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Bebok really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Leonard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Leonard slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Leonard really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Leonard tries for a takedown but Bebok circles away easily
and Bebok counters by clinching up.
Leonard tries to pull guard but Bebok won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buzzard Leonard. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Leonard jumps guard but Bebok stands there with Leonard around his waist. Leonard gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Leonard jumps guard and drags Bebok to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Leonard holds on and takes a little breather.
Bebok wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Leonard's closed guard. He's half up but Leonard has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Leonard pivots and extends the arm, Bebok falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Leonard! Well done that man!
